What do I Need to Order a Title Search?
A street address including city OR a legal desciption for example Lot and DP or
CT number. It is helpful to provide a full owners name. The above information
can be obtained from a rates demand under property details.
How do I order a search?
We prefer to have requests in writing but you are welcome to call us to discuss
your requirement first. For regular clients we have electronic Search Order
Forms or just send us an
email.
What is the turnaraound time?
Within the hour on receipt of your request where correct information is provided - OR YOUR NOMINATED TIME-FRAME.
No extra charge for urgent requests as we understand our clients are often working to deadlines.
How do I receive my search?
Email / Fax / Post
Alternatively you are welcome to collect your result from our office centrally
located at 126 The Terrace Wellington (near the LINZ office)
